• WIWACS (Young Adults) ~ May 31 – June 2

The WIWACS Retreat is for anyone who is too old to be a camper including those who are graduating this spring. It is an opportunity for old camp friends to reunite, make more great Bethel memories, and be encouraged in their faith. The retreat will be similar to a regular week of camp with great food, activities, chapels, and a service component to help prepare Bethel facilities for the upcoming camp season.

Come join us out at Bethel Bible Camp for our Men’s Retreat,
a weekend filled with lots of food, fun, fellowship, activities (including canoeing) and Chapel times.

Ladies retreat is a special weekend camp open to all women 14 years of age and older. Ladies Retreat is a wonderful opportunity to connect with God in a beautiful camp setting in the company of friends. The camp will include chapel times, music, crafts, campfire and other fun activities.

Senior High Camp is a 7 day, overnight camp for anyone entering Grades 10-12. The camp is high energy, God focused and a wonderful opportunity for senior high youth to take time out from life and reconnect with God. Friendships, laughter, tears and an intense time of worship, praise and growth are all a part of what makes senior high camp so special. Come and be part of it all – from the crazy antics to the amazing opportunity to spend time with the God who deeply loves you – senior high camp welcomes you.

Junior High Camp is a 7 day, overnight camp, for anyone entering Grades 8 & 9. The camp is an exciting time to spend in the company of friends, learning about God and growing in your Christian faith. Listen to God’s word, join in singing around a campfire, play basketball on the open court, eat delicious meals – its all part of junior high camp. Junior High is crazy, fun and always full of surprises. Come join us this summer as we praise God and grow together.

• Counsellor Training Program (CTP – Gr. 10+) ~ July 14 – 20

WHEN IS CTP?

CTP sign in is at 5pm on Sunday, July 14th 2024

Sign out is at 11am on Saturday, July 20th 2024

WHAT IS CTP? 

CTP is an intense week of learning, growing and hands on training to guide new counsellor applicants in how to be a camp counsellor at Bethel Bible Camp. Training includes sessions on devotions, prayer, communication, discipline and more. It is an important part of BBC’s counsellor development program guiding new staff to become men and women serving God and bringing others to Christ.

WHO IS CTP FOR? 

To attend CTP the staff applicant must be entering Grade 10 and above. The week is recommended for anyone desiring to be a camp counsellor, however, in practice is mainly attended by those under age 25. New counselling applicants who are older are encouraged, but not required to attend CTP.

DOES EVERYONE PASS IF THEY ATTEND? 

CTP is an opportunity for new staff counselling applicants to understand what being a counsellor requires and the expectations that come with the position. It is also an opportunity for staff to be assessed as to their readiness to become part of the counselling staff for that year. In some cases, applicants are encouraged to wait until the following year(s) to serve as counsellors.


• GRADES K – 3* #1 (Day Camp #1) ~ July 16 & 17

Day camp is a 2 day (day only – no overnight) camp for anyone entering Kindergarten – Grade 3. Campers are invited to come out to camp for a daily program of chapel time, bible stories, games, crafts, activities, waterslide and great food. Each camper is assigned to a special counsellor buddy who stays with them throughout their time at camp. Day camp is a great way to meet new friends and get to know what Bethel Bible Camp is all about. We are looking forward to seeing you there!

• Family Camp (Families) ~ August 2 – 5

Family camp is a camp open to all families. Family camp is a great opportunity to spend time with your family in a relaxed setting and in an atmosphere of Christian love. The time spent at family camp will also allow you to grow in the knowledge and love of God. At designated times, a children’s and teen program will run concurrently with a Christian education time for adults. A mix of organized activities for the whole family combined with worship and Christian fellowship makes family camp something you will not want to miss.

• Come As You Are (CAYA) Camp (Adults)

Come As You Are (CAYA) camp is a 4 day, overnight camp open to anyone over the age of 18 who experiences physical or mental challenges and would love the opportunity to spend time with other people they can relate to. CAYA is energetic, wildly fun and an opportunity to praise God with all your mind, heart and soul. Friendship is the theme of CAYA camp and the welcome you feel at this camp is like no other. Come share your faith, your questions and your love of God with others while experiencing life in an outdoor setting. Enjoy fun activities, great food, campfires, singing, chapel and friends at this amazing camp.

WHO IS ELIGIBLE TO GO TO CAYA CAMP?

Anyone over the age of 18 that experiences mental or physical challenges can attend this camp

WHAT DO I DO WITH MY MEDICATIONS?

Bring them with you to the registration table where the camp nurse will discuss your medications and any special needs. The nurse will keep your medications safely in the nurses cabin and will ensure you receive them at the allotted time.

• Girls Camp (Girls; Entering grades 7-12) ~ August 11 – 16

Girls camp is a 6 day, overnight camp open to any girl entering Grades 7-12. Girls camp is the best fun you can have with your friends! Come to camp and share in a total girl experience – learning about God, praising and singing together, sharing around the campfire, having fun and hanging out together. Girls Camp is your opportunity to build special friendship bonds with other Christian young women. Come and join us for a week of fun, craziness  and laughter as you grow in your Christian walk. Can’t wait to see you there!

• Back To School Retreat (entering grades 7-12) ~ September 6-8

Back to School retreat is a weekend camp reserved for anyone entering Grades 7-12 in the Pembina Hills School district. Back to school is also open to home-schooled students in the same geographical region. The camp is intended as an opportunity for those students in the region to meet, connect and form strong Christian friendship bonds as the school year begins. Campers attending Back to School retreat are treated to weekend of fun activities, chapel times, sharing, devotions, God worship and great food as they grow together. Come be a part of the fun!
